Allstate sent us a letter to call them in reference to their insurred hitting our vehicle, We were on hold for 50 minutes, then the girl transfer me to an absolute *** that asked for all my information again, I asked don't you have claim # and didn't girl explain. gave me attitude, told him to *** ALLSTATE SUCKS, STAY AWAY User's recommendation: go with anyone but allstate, 0 stars.
