Their customer service department is useless

I was trying to get service turned back on after my renter moved out.They first told me I did not have to be present, they said technician could turn it on from outside. I went out of town and when I got back gas was not on. I called them back and they said a technician WOULD have to be there. Made another appt and took off work. They said I would have 30 min window once called saying person would be out. Went to house in 15 and technician had left because no one home. Thought this was strange since paper they left had time of 10:23 when automation called at 10:30 saying tech would be at home shortly?? Then calling customer service is a joke called 3 different people because kept asking to speak to manager, supervisor anyone that would get the tech back out! Since 2 prior appt were made and wrong info given to me you think they could accommodate? Best they said was they would make it an all day appt to wait in home with no heat and it is currently 40 degrees in my house!!! This service is horrible! You are at the mercy of them since no other gas company around. It is 3 pm and still waiting unfortunately I have no choice. Oh and also still waiting for another manager that is suppose to call me back, not going to hold my breath because they probably threw my number/ complaint in the trash!!!
