Their cancellation and return policies are subpar

Parts Geek comes up short when it comes to cancelling and or returning an order. I requested to cancel my order a few hours after I placed it. They refused to cancel it and told me so in a template email. I then contacted them again the next day, requested to cancel the order. They refused again. Then, the item shipped 3 days after my original cancellation request. So now I have to wait for the product to get to me, start an RMA or refuse the package, then wait for it to get back to their warehouse, for them to then inspect it and then up to another week to get my refund. Oh, and they will likely deduct part of my refund for a restocking fee. Do NOT use these guys. Avoid them if you can. It is obvious they get a lot of cancellation requests for orders, yet they do not improve their system to deal with these requests. Instead, they just deny, deny and ship.
