This is by far the worst rental car agency I tried in my life! And I did rent car in 24 countries all around the world! After I declined their insurance because I had my own. They ask me a proof. I show them my insurance card and they said it's not enough. Then I show them the all contract documents that I got from my insurance (I bring it because I knew after read some bad comments about them, they were to ask me). Then the guy said it's the good document but its in french and he needs it in english. I said ok I will translate for you the part you need to know. He said that he may see the number and he know that I'm ok because I am insured for 2 millions. But he keep telling me that he want it in english!!! What an idiot!?? Then I call my insurance in Canada to ask them to send me an email with my insurance contract in english. But the signal was not good inside Right Cars office. I wait and I lost the conversation 3 times. I spent 1 hours and a half at the Right Cars office trying to figure it out. So I ask the guy to use the phone from the office but he didn't want. So I ask him to use the WI-FI from the office and he didn't want either. He just keep telling me: «you can just buy my insurance and you done!» Why should I buy your insurance when I got my own!?!! Plus, my credit card insures me also when I booked the rental car with. So I got two insurances! And he still want I buy from him an other insurance just to stop my nightmare at his office! I wanted to leave this horrible place and go back to the airport with Uber to find a real rental car agency but they had charged me on my credit card already two weeks ago. So I finally got to join my insurance and they sent me my contract in english! Right Cars is just the worst horrible agency! They just wanted to try to steal your cash from you! It was the worst annoying time I had to start a vacation in my life! Never again!
