I have always lived in the country. When we moved to our new house the only available company at that time was speed connect. It is worse than the dial up internet we had in the 90's. Of course they have us on a 2 year contract...When I call customer support they tell us that we are paying for unlimited internet and that it doesn't have to be good or fast... seriously!!!I have never seen a more g company and they have no apologies about it. Terrible. If they cannot provide good internet service they should release us from our contract! User's recommendation: Do NOT get roped in. Wish I could give 0 stars.
