arrived at FLL airport at 10pm, shuttle to thrifty. Saw 24 people on line with 1 worker (with attitude) behind the desk. After 1 hour 20 minutes had 15 people infant of me. Spoke to worker and said it is what it is. Calculated wait time another 2 hours plus. called uber to get me home for 90.00 in PBG.HOW ANY CO. CAN RUN LIKE THIS IS A JOKE.FOR FREE I WOULD NEVER USED THRIFTY AGAIN User's recommendation: NEVER USE.
