THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. SALES PERSON MISGUIDED SELECTION OF THE WRONG OVEN, PROMOTED AN ELECTROLUX OVEN AS “SUPERIOR” WHILE THAT OVEN WAS INFERIOR IN ITS FEATURES !!!!! NOT EVEN A TIMER !!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. SALES PERSON MISGUIDED SELECTION OF THE WRONG OVEN, PROMOTED AN ELECTROLUX OVEN AS "SUPERIOR" TO WHAT WAS REQUESTED. THE PROMOTED OVEN ONCE DELIVERED PROVED TO BE INFERIOR IN ITS FEATURES !!!!! NOT EVEN A TIMER !!!! TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD NO UNDERSTANDING WHATSOEVER OF THE SALES REP IGNORANCE AND MISGUIDANCE AND REFERRED ONLY TO ITS BLIND RETURN POLICY, WHILE WHAT WAS REQUESTED WAS AN EXCHANGE !!! FOR THE OVEN INITIALLY REQUESTED !!! A VISIT IN PERSON AT THE MONTREAL BRANCH AND A REQUEST TO REVIEW THE EXCHANGE WAS REFUSED BY THE TORONTO OFFICE. I AM INSISTING THAT CAS ACKNOWLEDGE ITS MISGUIDANCE AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACTION OF ITS SALES REP AND RESPOND FAVORABLY TO MY EXCHANGE REQUEST. EVERY PUBLIC VENUE WILL BE USED TO DENOUNCE THE AWFUL SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE OF CANADIAN APPLIANCES SERVICES (CAS) MONTREAL TORONTO.
