They tell me that they will not guarantee a refund if I ship the item back to where it came from They offer $2 credit, then $6 credit and just now $10 credit. I spent over $32 for this pair of jeans. Then they say keep the jeans and donate them to a friend or charity. But still no offer to refund. This is highly frustrating. They also supposedly have a Live Chat for which they do not respond to. There is no phone # or return address anywhere on their site or on the internet. Novashe advertise constantly on Facebook.
