My item arrived in a terrible condition and looked nothing like pictures on their website! When I contacted WrapWithUs customer service they were very rude and demanded some pictures. After I sent them all the proofs they said that they can send me a replacement. I asked for a refund but they refused and said that it was their final decision. I agreed and asked for the return shipping label, but they said that I also have to pay for the return shipping!! The worst company ever!!
