If you value the money you work hard for? Do not spend it here. These apartments are DATED with very few if NO upgrades. The so called trash pick up is scam to make you believe that this a upscale apartment complex, LIES. They have immigrant workers pick trash from your door ( which sometimes they leave fragments behind) and later pile it into one big hill which is visible by the front gate. If security is important to you? Don't rely on the front gate to actually keep out unwanted guest because it doesn't work most of the time. AND the management staff, great examples of what customer service is NOT. After being a tenant of 3 years who faithfully paid on time, no neighbor complaints, and a tenant that kept their apartment complex in great condition was denied the opportunity to use the clubhouse (which is a selling point for you to lease) and recently accidentally found out that my current apartment that I am living in was leased out before my move out date!! What is more alarming is the management staff had the nerve to have an attitude and act unprofessional with me. DON'T waste your time or your money. It is definitely not worth the "pretty" pictures that are shown on the website and the cheap rates. I learned the hard way, You get what you pay for!!
