Lennar relace my front door after it was inspected by them and determined that lennar was responsible to replace the door. The inspector was shown the damage to the wood floor. After the door was replace tim wood, lennar representer informed me that he would get back to me, inference to the floor. That was back in june 2016. The front door was the cause of my problem for several years . It was after complaints were made to my association, condo windward harbor that action was finally resolved by lennar, reference to the front door.The floor in my foyer was damaged because of the front door and this was reported in june of 2016. I had this taking care of once before, this door problem was going on over several years, so ihad paid for flooring on my own. Now it was the responsibility of lennar to resolved this problem.
