I placed an order with this company on 8.19.14 on 8.27.14 when I contacted them regarding my order the dumb lady could not locate my order even with my order#. They could not have informed me when I placed the order or a few days later that what I ordered was not in stock (even though I was able to order it online). The lady who answers the phone is a real *** and has continued to keep calling my phone harassing me. This company needs to have a class in customer service. It is people like this lady who make people go postal!!!
