I sent an overnight by air delivery for a before 10:30 AM delivery. Not only did they not deliver it by 10:30 AM they have not delivered it at all and have given me no idea of when or if it would be delivered at all. It is not going to a rural area but to a large city in a southern state which happens to be the capital of the state. I do not see how they could have failed. The airport is about 25 minutes from the delivery. I gave up on the US mail, FedEx and now i guess i must give up on UPS. I suppose i am going to have to use a pack mule to get anything delivered delivered. youlocatrion. User's recommendation: Use a pack mule.
