Hello! My account is bleatbleach@***.com.cn. I live in Mainland China and I need to use VPN to watch Netflix. But once I renewed my account, I can't access your website or any links with the word "Netflix". I don't know if it's because of the VPN. But my VPN works fine. I have access to any Youtube videos or google anything. Are there any ways I can still use it? If I can't, Can I get a refund? Thank you.
