The store is good, but there are nuances of cooperation

I place 3–5 orders in this online store almost every month and I have to return some products. This rarely happens, but it still happens that something does not suit me. So, if I pay for the product in advance, then after sending it back to the store I have to wait for a refund to my account for a very long time. Otherwise, this is a great store with experienced consultants, whom I often turn to for help.
