The service is getting worse!

I have been with this Company for over 15 years, but pricing is steadily going up and service is the worse it has ever been. I know it's time for a change when Customer service puts you on hold for 30 minutes an than hangs up on you. I am so tired of dealing with it and than made to feel like I am the bad guy. User's recommendation: Better Customer Service for future Customers, because I am done June 1St.
