The seats I selected were not the ones we were after assigned at checkout.

I ordered eight Michigan Wolverine Hockey and eight Basketball tickets on September 14th, 2021. The games we chose are scheduled for the same day December 4th. Our tickets for the basketball game were the seats I had requested. When I looked at our assigned seats for the hockey game, after I had paid and received our receipt for the hockey game, I noticed we were not the assigned the seats I chose, but they were seats that were not even available to choose from. My worry is that when we arrive on December 4th, we won't have seats for four of our party to sit in.
