I am contacting you about a home I bought from your company in 2015, and was built in 2014 . Its in Lake Alfred Estates in Lake Alfred, Fl. The problem is every time it Rains I notice streams of black residue show on the roof trim. Causing the concrete driveway to turn BLACK! Also in the front of the entrance way of the house. What is to be done about this?
