What gives you right to reduce the product in the Tide Clean Breeze bottle from 100 oz to 92 oz that you've the price per oz on this product without alerting your long time and loyal customers that your price has gone up? You cut me off mid conversation. I was in the process of learning more about the product, Tide. What gives you the right. Let this lady do her job. She’s very good! You’re very bad and you’ve PISSED ME OFF BIGTIME. Please pass along the compliment I gave the lady who was trying to help me. I can’t understand why a good person like her would even work for Tide, when you just flat give up on her while she’s still working with a client. I can’t believe P&G even runs cust.serv. this way! One more aggravating thing. The contact number on the back of your Tide bottle didn’t get me your customer service, but instead took me to A HIGH PRESSURE SALES LINE FOR A MEDICAL ALERT DEVICE YOU WEAR AROUND YOUR NECK. I supposed I got sent there when I was asked my age I told them I was over 60. When I asked to be transferred back to Tide, I was told that they didn’t think I understood about the Medical Alert’s special promotion. When I asked again to be transferred to Tide, they said they would get me “Directory Assistance Number”. And I Ain’t Lying!! Then I hung up, had to go to the internet to find your number, and called your contact number for customer service! BOY, I HAVE ONE *** OF A TIDE STORY I CAN TELL EVERY PERSON I KNOW, STRANGERS, TOO.
