I don't have a complaint as such but really hope for some assistance, the pink froggy was given to my 18 month old little girl when she was born and she has fallen in love with it, her comfort toy! it has gone missing and she is extremely upset, i'm told by customer service that froggy is only available in Durban and i'm in Capetown and cannot receive it, surly someone can assist with sending to Capetown? please let me know, [protected]...[protected]@ramsaymedia.co.za
