1) the product is NOT what is advertised ...nothing unique or special. Buy a similar item at Walmart Mart and get better customer service (imagine that?) 2) The service department make you jump through hoops to get in touch 3) they pretend they don't understand your problem...they offer refunds that DO NOT Materialize 4) you can wait over 8 weeks for delivery 5) It takes 2 months to get a refund and then they play games and offer partial refund
