The package is not coming early enough

I have paid £12 extra for fast shipping for my package to come before Thursday, but when I checked today it says it will come between the 25-28th(after Thursday). If possible, I would like a refund of the £12 and for it just to be put as standard shipping(come between 25-28th) or for my package to arrive by tomorrow (Thursday).
