I have purchased The Ordinary products from this company and I received fake products, I had multiple people looked at it and did my research and the products are clearly fake . I use the original products for many years and I know how they look / feel on the skin! I god horrible allergic reaction and had to go to hospital to get some pills ! I messaged the company tried to get my refund at least but they have been ignoring me and refusing to send my refund . Please help
