The order still hasn’t been shipped

I ordered kid’s bed and table from the company www.novidecor.com. Have placed the order 3 weeks ago already, but these scammers haven’t provided it yet. It was mentioned that the orders would be shipped after money would be received by the seller. They charged my account within several hours. So they have received money, but why they haven’t sent the order. Please, help me sort out the problem.
