The new design of mobile app
They launched a new update to their mobile app recently and I can’t express my bewilderment over using it. First, list of payments is not in the alphabetical order. You have to go through the whole list to find the payee you need. Second, if you go to your credit card statement and details, you cannot see your balance. This is unbelievable. I hope this is a glitch that will be resolved soon, or else I am switching the banks. They used to have a simpler but smoother design, enough to operate with the majority of tasks.
