Their customer service is the worst even the stupid supervisor is terrible and his has the worst customer service I ever had and his name is Latrell ! If you even get him just hang up but also the hold is FOREVER compare to other bank !!!! They have no empty ! I dont know why I even bank with this *** bank ! And thats absolutely horrendous ! They deserve no stars for any services ! I prefer Bank of America , Chase and Citibank ! User's recommendation: Don’t bank with this bank as you will regret it just like me !
