Purchased hardwood with installation from this company. Hardwood sold to me was completely different from what they have on display in store. I only saw it after their installer started installing it. Company accept no responsibility. They have done this to so many other customers. They have engaged in deceitful and false advertising to mislead customers. They will charge 15 % restocking fee even if the item never left there store.
