I want to let everyone know the nightmare this company put me through. They sent me an email stating I was pre-approved for a $400 loan. And then they said I was pre-approved for $1,999.00 I had an extreme amount of trouble logging into their site. I kept emailing them and calling and they did not seem the least bit concerned. Finally after 3 days I was able to log in. Then a rep told me to fax all my banking and work info along with my drivers's license. So I did all that. No one ever called me to let me know the status. So I had to call them many times and a rep told me they would have to verify my bank account directly through a link to my bank. So I attempted that and got a code number from my bank and could not get it to go through for 3 days so I called them back and they told me I would have to contact my bank so I did. My bank told me that they had the wrong connection information to connect to my bank. So I called them back and finally got a the correct link. In the meantime I was emailing for help, calling for *** help and finally after many days of hard work and stress they denied me for the loan. ***
