When a Manager calls the customer, he has to be professional. This guy thinks he is god. I won't doubt he gets fired from a good company I know from long time. Now If he doesn't, please be aware to deal with this dealership when the company is hiring people like him. There are other many dealership and the sales people who are serious helping us. I can not connect to Sales guy or Manager after repeated calls and on final call, the Now Manager emerged to help me and I said, Oh i wll pass the message. Honestely I do not think that HGREGG CARES AS ALONG AS THEY HAVE BUSINESS. We should all get together and Boycott this company, so the CEO knows what's going on when they are in their lavish office or on dream vacation. We are paying for this Idiots and then we complain.
