I took some garments i hade bought on the 9th of July as they did not fit The manageress was very rude to me. She said that the garment had pet hair on!! I do not have a pet!! I have been buying from your shop for years and i have never had any problem in the past. I have literally spent thousands of pounds over the years. My wardrobe is full of clothing i have bought from you. You were my favourite shop for my size. I am so very upset about this and don't want to shop in that store anymore.
