Update by user Sep 26, 2020 Manager at the store needs to be fired she gave the ring after me telling her not to give this ring to anyone but myself she give the ring back to the ex-girlfriend and let her take it to the pawn shop and then she laughed about it Original review posted by user Sep 26, 2020 Me and my x girlfriend dropped off this ring to be , serviced, I explained to the manager that I had to get the ring from the pawn shop to bring it in and get it fixed. I also explained to her that our engagement was over. And her name was not on any of the paperwork ( ever) I got a email telling me when the eing would be done. So I called the store and was told by the manager. That her was on the paperwork to pick the ring up. I asked the manager who put her name on the paperwork I never gave anyone permission to put her name on anything. I went to the store. And called multiple times basically to make a long story short the manager deliberately lied to me about the ring being back at the store and called my ex to pick up the ring and then she laughed about it on the phone like she thought it was so funny. That woman should lose her job and if I have to get an attorney. She was told multiple times do not release that ring to anyone but me. User's recommendation: no, I would never shop there again.
