The lack of a Live Person on customer service

I tried out the feature where I can transfer funds off my Bluebird prepaid to my Bluebird bank account it did the test deposits, and so I did a transfer the money is gone from my prepaid card but never made it to my bank card. And for the Life OF ME I can't get a live person on customer service to answer my question, the option Is not even available. I really like the service save that one point. The computer cannot answer all questions.
