The instructions to enter the code never worked on my BlackBerry. The window for the code entry never appeared. They request you to provide the video of how you unsuccessfully try the code and it does nothing in order for you to get your refund. I videos myself doing so, sent it to them, they refused the refund stating that they are just the resellers and the money has been paid to provider already and cannot be refunded. Well, their relationship with their providers is none of my business, I just wanted my money back, so I filed a dispute with PayPal. Still ongoing...
