I purchased a bra from Dentelle Fine Lingerie directly from the owner, Katya, in July 2018. She fitted me for it. It was $150.00 expensive bra. It didn't hold my breasts up one bit and even flattened them. When stopping by her store 2 months later, both my friend Debbie and I both told her how bad these bras were. She said bring them back so I did. I had purchased 2 slips from her for $287.00 and asked her to apply the credit to the order I had made and not yet received. She told me her store wasn't set up for credits….like I was an idiot and just fell off the turnip truck. I told her I do not live in Carmel but she wanted to give me a credit for future shopping. Basically worthless. I spoke with her husband owner too, Paul. He ranted on about how I had worn the bra for months and they couldn't again sell it. One, I wore the bra ONCE and two, I wouldn't have even brought it back had she not told me to do it. Now I have wasted my afternoon spending 2 hours to return a bra. I would not have even given it a 2nd thought had she not told us to return them. She would not give me a credit towards my order, insisted on only give me a credit towards another store purchase in the future and has kept the bra. I have disputed my credit card charge on the bra she kept for $150.00 and cancelled my order for slips. Paul told me to go ahead and write a scathing review. He said it would not hurt their business. Too many other reputable stores to purchase lingerie from. DON'T SHOP HERE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Paul and Katya…the holy dollar is your God…hope you can live with it.
