A branch fell on my roof on the last big storm. A branch went through my roof. On April 7,2018. I met with Robert, the owner to discuss business. We settled on 1,750. To replace the plywood with the hole in it. The roof was to be replaced to fit town code. The hole in my bathroom outer wall was to be repaired. they put a shingle over it??? Two weeks ago I went to the attic to retrieve my fans~~ I got the surprise of my life... I, decided to pull the bubble wrap off that was covering the hole. Darned if the hole was still there??wtf?? Called the owner..Talked to me like I was stupid...When I told him the hole was still there..Well it's only a small one. Don't care if it's a pinhole ,,,it's *** in my roof! Was supposed to come fix it last week. Haven't heard from him since??? WHAT NEXT??
