The GM at Willoughby Marcos Ohio store #1140 this past 2021 Super Bowl season was making pizzas and bread with outdated dough according to a veteran driver Todd and the dough guy Josh. They told me that the walk in freezer was broke for over two weeks and there was dry ice at times and Jamie was told by them not to use it but she did anyway. This lady was also told by me that her employees are smoking vaps with and without weed in the store and she said they only smell like it when I and others have seen it with their own eyes and then those employees go back to work without washing their hands. She has turned this store into the ghetto. User's recommendation: If Jamie is still the general manager DO NOT EAT HERE.
