I have never been so appalled by any company in my life... i ordered my tickets 6 months before the event and they arrived 5 days before the event. I paid 4 times the face value of the tickets and when I tried to query this they were virtually impossible to contact. After hours of searching I eventually got in touch with someone in the NETHERLANDS (I'm from Scotland - my phone bill was astronomical) she was incredibly rude and no help whatsoever. The end result is that I am £200 down and i learnt a very valuable lesson - NEVER USE WORLD TICKET SHOP!!!
