Everytime I order the directors selection , I get charged 3 dollars more than it says in your catalog . I want to know why ? This has been going on for months now , and you are taking my money that you shouldn't be taking . I have called before , and was told that this problem would be fixed , and my extra money returned . But that person lied to me , and I want to know why ? Please , please can you help me with this , or do I have to go higher up ? I need to have my extra money returned , it is adding up !!
