The dealer broke my car twice

Kia of Franklin TN has dwmaged my car two of the three time I brought it in for service. First tome they didnt secure tje oil plug had at get another engine 2nd recently like yesterday I took my car in for oil change they recommonded alignment Transmission fluid change and brake fluid 60,000 miles I said ok. Somehow they fropled my car off the lift damaged the quarter panel and rubber strip god only knows what else. I do not want the anymore. I feel the front end damage is forever. I want them to put me im another vehicle or give me all my money back plus interest I have made payements for one year. Lamar T Wilson
