The credit line is too low
I have been banking with them for several years and was hoping I would be treated accordingly. When I received their credit card offer, they gave me a certain credit line they said I was entitled to. Right after opening, the credit line was low and they said it will be increased automatically after a couple of months based on my performance with the card. I was a responsible credit card user for 4 months now, always refilled the card on time, and still I do not see any increase from the whopping minimum I have in terms of the credit line. After I called the customer service of the bank, the banker who issued me the card told me he is not even in charge of figuring the credit line out and that I had to call a separate telephone line to get the explanation. I was calling the line the other day and could not get even past the automated response with their endless say this or say that.
