The company can’t find my account

Seems that they can't find my name on any account with them. But yet they have been able to access my bank account for the last three months and take out a payment from it without my name being on a account.. But because someone else has given my information to this company without my permission User's recommendation: Make sure that you have anything done or purchase on line has additional security added to your card.
