I faced a strange situation: I’ve a blocked Visa card, but when I received my accounts statement, I found that the bank debits the same amount every month for servicing this card. But this card was blocked almost a year ago, and it doesn’t even appear in my personal Internet banking account. When I contacted the technical support service, they helped me figure out the situation, completely closed this card and zeroed the debt.
