The bill was sent to the wrong address
Hi, we have received the billing notice you sent to your customer (Billing account #500********, Customer name: Qiuyung Ding) more than once. You have wrongly sent the bill to our address where there is no such person. On Cogeco website there is no way to contact your customer's service by email so we have to come here. Please contact your customer to immediately change his/her billing address and please remove our address from your system. Thanks!
