On April 13, 2018, I ordered a large thin crust Hawaiian BBQ Chicken pizza, cut in triangles, a personal pan, thin crust Mediterranean Veggie pizza, cut in triangles, and an order of Cheese Sticks. He said the total would be about $28.00. This was at 5:07 p.m., and the length of the call was 3:47, and I asked for it to be ready at 6:30 p.m. He said okay and that it would be ready when they got there. My husband and daughter went to pick it up and the guy said that they never received an order from me. My husband is hearing impaired, wears a hearing aid, and talks loud anyway. The guy then proceeded to get smart with him and told him that he didn't have to yell and to look at the screen and find my order. And then angrily showed him all of the tickets and orders he had done up until then. The guy never offered a solution to the problem, so they left, and we didn't get anything. Now, that made my husband mad. They said that the guy was being rude to the other customers too. This place is located in Pine Bluff, AR. In a city called Watson Chapel. I have the proof that I called on my phone. And I did place my order because I talked long enough to place one, as you can see above. The staff needs to be investigated and dealt with appropriately.
