The agent didn’t send information about the order

I sent my photos to the company www.canvaspress.com. Also I asked to make the canvas and indicated which photo I wanted to use. I waited 3 days and haven’t received any confirmation reply from them. I went to the website and asked to provide any info regarding my order, but the online chat agent ignored my messages. It was inappropriate and unprofessional from them to avoid me.
