The developer is (for Camaya Coast): Earth and Shore Leisure Communities Corp. My property is in the Beach Villa (Block 7 Condo Unit 206) There are issues that has been neglected and ongoing building problems that should had been completed and rectified before the turnover. No communications are beig sent to the paying customers and most of them never know what is goig on. Emails and calls are being ignored. This is to make exuses not to submit te completion of the condos and lots in order to have excuses not to establish the HOA. They never even inform the HLURB regarding the forming of the HOA called by the developer before all restrictions and regulations are being formed, club house is being erected into the custoers lots and not sending any notice at all? Now the company is developing the Station 2 and 3 without completing the turnover of station 1. Sales agents are feasting for the money to the sales coming in once the DOAS is signed. Lots of information are being given and promising things that never has been realized. This must be a form of hooking up clients and giving excuses when DOAS is already signed. It is just incridible that people just buy without checking this compamy first.
