I have booked a flight thru tripair.com tripair accepted my payment and gave me a reference number and was advised to wait for an email that will be sent to me for my confirmation. But instead of confirmation, they send an advise that my booking was cancelled, and my refund was credited back to my bank. But as i checked thru my bank, no refund was made yet. so how can i chase back the money that i paid them??
