I feel grateful for the peoples complaints, and their are many. Saved me the money, time , frustration, of maybe if the complaints weren't available for me to see, then I properly, would have been another statistic. You would think that they would get there act together. But I suppose they are making enough money from those suckers, who get sucked in buy their advertisements. User's recommendation: definitely not, and check out other companies. I bought the same item for less. product elsewhere for a third less and np postage costs.
