I arrived on time for my test . I placed my items in the locker, I was called to the desk. I filled out the paper asking covid questions, all of them I answered no. I am fully vaccinated and not sick . I coughed 1 time because my throat was dry and said I needed some water. The young girl at desk asks me am I sick I said no. She said let me make sure . Then she grabs a phone Go's in a room closed the door makes a call then comes out and says we can't let you take your test today .she tells me I have to wait 14 days . I ask her why and she is going to say because I am sick. I asked to speak to a supervisor she then hands me her personal cell phone with the regional manager CECILIA STEVEN on the line and she tells me I won't be taking any test and my test today will be canceled. I tell her exactly what happened calmly in a room full of people and she says that I am being rude and yelling . She got extremely snappy with me then hung up in my face . She canceled my test. I called psi from the parking lot and was told my test got canceled because I have to quarantine. This locations was not taking any temperatures, there is no doctor on site . Other people that were waiting in the waiting room were all shocked and said that this is horrible. I then was able to reach CECELIA STEVEN at her desk and ask her why did she cancel my test she was very snappy, said that she was not going to talk to me and hung up in my face . She was extremely rude, unprofessional and ignored all my calls. This is discrimination, I have many witnesses. I took my only day from work to take this test. I have been in the Healthcare field for 18 years.
