Picture yourself buying a brand new home that you saved and sacrificed to acquire a new home. All new homes come with 1 year warranty that protects the homeowner from any prior oversights on the builders part. This builder doesn't respect the home owners warranty we are getting the run around on several issues. Recently i met with builder and he states he was informed by the investor Azab Trading investments that they will not be doing any more work on our property. The first issue i brought to their attention, was the framing of the house. Several studs were warped badly and needed replacing, so bad they could not be drywalled over without replacing them ay my cost. The second issue I brought to their attention, my brand new front stairs here is what we found; Front deck stringers are cracked and broken, half of the pickets are broken and split, nails are sticking out everywhere, posts are not bolted, hand rail is not straight, and the rail is not secure to the house and is loose, the posts lack concrete footers. The third issue I brought to their attention, my brand new deck that I paid extra for here is what we found. Back deck rails are not secure to the house, nails are sticking out on the entire floor and rails, at least a dozen pickets are broken or split, and there are no bolts in posts for security of the hand rails. No posts should ever be set in concrete, should have had galvanized foots on the bottom to keep water from rotting out later. The fourth issue I brought to their attention, I had the builder add concrete beneath the entire deck. Well my brand new concrete is chipping everywhere. Real estate Robin Knight will promise you the world and not deliver on any of it to get the sale, also she doesn't return calls unless after she gets the sale, and she acts as a point of contact after sale. Totally Unprofessional !!!Both the investor (AZAB Trading & Investments) and builder (Terry Dobbins) and the real estate agent (Robin Knight) have been unresponsive to addressing these issues. They all present themselves as nice people until they get your money, then they really show you who they are. BUYER BEWARE!
